Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of himobtain.lat and the services offered through it by Himobtain Tree Service. When you use the website, call the phone number shown on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Himobtain Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking their credentials, asking for proof of insurance and getting a written quote.

General Information Only

What you read on this website is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial expert. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Expect From You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the website for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

By calling or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@himobtain.lat.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this website belong to Himobtain Tree Service or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Himobtain Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.
