How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Himobtain Tree Service wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Himobtain Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Himobtain Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@himobtain.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may involve reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems involving licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
