How Our Network Works
Talk to a provider
Who You Talk To
When you reach out through Himobtain Tree Service, you are connected with an independent tree provider in our network. That provider is a local business. It gives the estimate, does the work and answers your questions. Himobtain Tree Service only makes the introduction.
What Happens on the First Conversation
The provider will ask a few simple things:
- Where is the tree, and how tall does it look?
- Is it near a house, a fence, a driveway or power lines?
- Is it dead, leaning, split or already down?
- Do you also want the stump ground and the wood hauled away?
Photos help. A provider may visit to measure the job, then send a written quote. Request a callback to check provider availability if you need to know how soon someone can come out.
What to Ask a Provider
Bring a short list. A careful neighbor would ask:
- Is the quote in writing, and what exactly does it cover?
- Are cleanup, wood removal and stump grinding included or priced apart?
- Do you carry liability insurance and workers' compensation? Can I see proof?
- Does my town require a permit, and who handles it?
- How will you protect the lawn, roof and fence?
- What changes the price if the job turns out harder than expected?
The answers matter as much as the number at the bottom.
You Are in Control
Requesting an estimate does not commit you to anything. You can compare written quotes, ask follow-up questions and say no. A lower price is not always the better deal if it leaves out cleanup or skips insurance. Look at the full scope, then choose what fits your budget.
If you want to help with the job, ask the provider what is safe. Moving patio furniture or clearing small debris is usually fine. Climbing, cutting near wires or felling a large tree is a job for pro equipment.
